Not all bills will have a "party line". Even then there will be purposeful amendments with caveats and cross voting to stall anything that will make it tough for Corps.

I don't want give fear anyone. For sure all vendors don't prefer H4 EAD and OPT some how. Get ready whatever you get. Always have a plan B.

Dems will be forced to support strict immigration policies from their constituents. If there was no COVID he could have won last time also. I think we are going to have strict immigration policies, and they may restrict/remove work visas altogether. With AI and Robots, US may not need these many peoples in workforce.

Also, a lot of recent Indian American  citizens' kids are in colleges and they know what frauds we do as OPTs and H1Bs. They don't want their kids future in doldrums. I fear, the immigration policies may go back to 60s/70s. Only people with PhDs and Postdocs were welcomed.
