yep they won't kill the h1b program directly but they will increase the wage level requirements and speciality occupation requirements which will automatically reduce the number of companies sponsoring visa

i dont think they will go by numbers, which ever is easy to repeal with less legal complications they might start that first to show as achievements

I think they will cause it is the easy route to take by just sending memos to uscis to tighten it up and boast it in the media saying we are tough on immigration rather than open up the can of worms of daca, illegal immigration stuff

Old 46 presidents didn't see millions of GC , US citizens who are available in the market and not finding jobs.

H1b is over and honeymoon days are over.
