Mortagage rates don’t depend on fed rates directly they depend on 10 year treasury bonds and they are raising

If tatha implements deportations, tariffs and more tax cuts the rates going to increase more.

luckliy tatha came after obama 8 year term and rode it along. Now tatha will face tough time to curtail anything, not that easy.
