EB5 - Have a Naive n Dumb Question

Hi bros.. Say I’ve 350K cash in hand and I get a loan for say another 500K and invest in any area that ll generate employment to the locals, Will I be eligible be filing for EB5.

 

again I’ve no insight into EB5 so please excuse my ignorance and tell me if it’s feasible. Thanks

no bro  i think you meant eb5it can be from home no loan they check where your assets are coming if you have house you made certain equity yes, if you contact attorney they can help you like if you have inhertied assets etc how to show you will be scrutinized on the assets thats the whole point
