CBI closed the case as suicide, ignored the report and doctor who said semen was found and strangulation. 

Looking at timeline, there's about 1 to 2 hours between last she spoke with her mother from Sidharth Mobile and care hospital admission. CBI says they bought poison, knife to open it, 2 coke bottles ( one from each store - both are reputed ) ...if there's exact timeline for these purchases then they are right as there's not much time / location for the rape allegations.

Did both families really object to marriage? Are they that seriously in love?

I’m not sure how true this is, but Siddharth was preparing to fly to the US for his master's, and it was around this time they wanted to speak to their parents. Back then, parents often wouldn’t accept such a proposal immediately, and the same may have happened here. Additionally, there are claims that Pratyusha’s mother was strongly opposed to the idea, as she wanted her daughter to succeed in the film industry, believing that marriage might hinder her career opportunities. Her mother was reportedly passionate about movies, which motivated Pratyusha to pursue acting.

Most people within their shared circle were aware of their relationship; even during engineering college, Siddharth’s classmates knew about their love story. This affair may be surprising to outsiders but nothing new for insiders.

That makes sense, as she never said we didn't oppose the marriage. 

But , why successful and wealthy youngsters commit to double suicide? They could have eloped or just married in Temple and make their relationship public? Who would oppose that ? 

It might be that she is very immature and her mother is very strict...

By the way, she is my wife's classmate in school for 4 years ...she was as beautiful as she is seen in movies with out makeup and there was a talk of her becoming heroine.. didn't talk much with anyone and has very few Friends.
