How do you buy couches that are online but not in any stores near you? Really having hard time to buy just by looking online. Also 15% restocking fee if returned

Most   furnitures  stores  including  big lots  are tired  of desis  using  and returning furniture....tats   why  they   are  charging you fees..  I  am  sure   U  are  one of  them  as  well

Ashley aithe instore only annai. 15% is normal for most big stores.

This is not a new thing. Best buy has this since long time ago..may be from thr beginning. Outside of costco velladam kothemo.

I understand the 15% anna. It's fair since the product is big.

But all the couches that I like are online only but no way to see them in person. Instore evi nachatla and limited selection 😞

The offline products and online products are different when it comes to Ashley... The local guy may not have the model listed online...You can check the delivery time... if it says same day delivery then mostly it would be available near your area... Usually i do this and will visit their stores and try to check the quality... if it is good then i will ask for price match with the staff.. Mostly you will get online price + delivery charge (80 to 125)

I bought 
one couch from Big lots-- idi frnds daggara chusa, so alantidi konesa big lots lo. appudu bachelor soo big lots was okay. 

Ashley -- I went to store, checked the couch and bought, I have bought 2 couches one regular; second one recliner they are both good. regular one I liked the ashley coz they are not springs they are made of trampoline style. 
this was almost 4yrs ago. 

recent ga I shifted to rooms to go-- endukante ❤️ da lo ashley lo 5yrs back models kuda inka ammuntudu no new models or colors or styles old passee styles. 
People moved to mid century modern.

Take note of the dimensions of the couch you are interested in, and see the closest you can find in person.. Lot of retialers these days are not stocking all items shown online.

I bought from raymour and flanigan and did the same thing. I had mine for few years and this time replacing from wayfair.Wish you luck.
