I think the employees are incompetent.. TATA should fire these in competent employees..

Not necessarily. TATA ki vachina planes Anni kooda very old ones without maintenance. Then a lot of incompetent staff. They have placed new orders already  and working among tight competition. They already started deployment of new long haul ones. It's going to take some more time may be 2-3 years more to fix all these issues. 

TATA is not like KF or other airlines that gave up and ended up in debts. I flew AI thrice except for the old ones and non functional screens my trips from NYC to HYD were not bad at least not as bad or may be I'm lucky. I flew United, BA, AA, Emirates multiple so far apart from AI. AI has issues, but so do others as well. In relative comparison my experience was pleasant although not up to the standard of Emirates and United.

3 years la two years varaku employye retention agreement vunde and nothing much could  happen here…but they did some really good changes and slowly the changes are reflecting but still it will take a long time, at least 2-3 more years even before we see those changes.

it is a private airline. next time avoid it. the planes are like setwin buses flying in air 😆
