Toxic desi behavior in group gatherings

Visited to attend house warming event of my close friend, Very good and big home I am really happy for him. 

but I observed there was some family uncles living happily in apartments attend the event. The other group of desi uncles started about promoting them to buy home in Prosper/Melisa. 

looks like apartment uncles paying 2k per month rental for 2 bed room and prosper so called home owner uncles paying roughly 2K per month for just MUD/LOUDA and property taxes.

Back home these are always considered stable investments+ " my home feeling "...

Covid and low interest rates + Instagram videos + high rental prices all reason for this.

Prices will Stabilize soon... but don't expect correction in high demand areas...

2018 to 2021 best time to buy after that all waste .. high property taxes for sure no matter when u bought though first two not applicable for people purchased before 2021
