What cooking oil you guys use at home for cooking? 
Cholestral been high for me from the recent health check up. I am using canola oil

Canola oil is the worst oil you could possibly use. It's a GMO product first used as lubricant in steam engines repurposed for cooking 

Stay away from all GMO SEED OIL. Stick to PEANUT OIL, SESAME OIL. Avocado oil and Olive oil are western alternatives. 

Ghee is also a good substitute

Coconut oil from costco

Avoid canola, Vegetable, and sunflower oils.

Ghee, Coconut avocado or Olive oil for regular cooking 

Peanut oil for deep frying.

Avoid deep fried food .. avoid eating junk like chips .. cut on red meat .. 

do fast walk atleast 5-6 days for 30mins 

Eat avocado, walnuts etc

Peanut oil. It is pricey though

Red meat is not the villain. People have been eating red meat for a long time now. If any Red Meat, assuming you're eating goat meat is very healthy compared to industrial poultry.

Try to get Cold pressed oil if possible , costly ayyina better health benefits

Avacodo, coconut and olive oil

avacado and coconut can be used comfortably for our cooking heats..

olive oil can be used for omelets and talimpu for our dal and pulusu

Olive oil price increase almost doubled. Reason — last year olive production ki edo ayyindi Italy, Spain etc countries lo…. drought anukunta.
