Even Ny Ain't bad. Where I'm living now, I can buy a house for 300 k USD and I get a 1/2 acre back yard. The property taxes are 2.5% though still it's a steal of you ask me. The only problem is US cities are not up to Canadian standards in terms of public utilities and services. Canada is fcuked up under Trudeau, that's different story, still the maintenance of roads, public parks, trash removal, snow removal, people are much nicer in Canada. Ofcourse I'm not talking about GTA. Quote

Water, air are polluted in Windsor. Incidence of Cancer is higher there, but Weather is good though. Eastern & Northern Ontario are better if you can find remote jobs. Quote
