The only problem is US cities are not up to Canadian standards in terms of public utilities and services. Canada is fcuked up under Trudeau, that's different story, still the maintenance of roads, public parks, trash removal, snow removal, people are much nicer in Canada. Ofcourse I'm not talking about GTA.

I agree to this part; city rec facilities give LA fitness run for their money. rest all debatable.

Nashville property tax is < 1%. Weather is way better than Texas and is very close to Atlanta.
