How can other countries abuse your H1 system? Basically you are saying you are not competent enough to regulate your own system. Don't blame immigrants and other countries, blame your thokkalo loop holes and politicians who benefit from lobbying

okay if that's the case we shouldn't cry foul if we get rejections for not being highly skilled "for certain roles" to which  H1Bs and GCs have been approved in the past.

Nenu cheppedi Ade, intha developed countries ki system lo loop holes enduku vunnai. They know how many numbers of visas being granted every year, so they must know why they have granted. Idem chillar business kadu kada. Intha technology vunna desam lo they can't stop illegals from entering. Oorike prathi vadu immigrants meda paduthunnaru. Ask them to correct their system. If they reject my visa, I won't be here for sure.
