kevinUsa Posted November 16, 2024 Report Posted November 16, 2024 'm in a frustrating situation and could really use some advice. I've been working for CVS Health, and they promised file my 1-140 petition as part of the green card process. However, it's been two years, and they still haven't filed it. I have email proof of their commitment to file the I-140, but despite my follow-ups, they keep giving me vague answers or pushing the timeline further. I'm worried that this delay could seriously affect my immigration status and future here in the U.S. Is there any legal action I can take against CVS Health for failing to uphold their promise? Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 1 Quote
GelakoduKri Posted November 16, 2024 Report Posted November 16, 2024 If we have an H1 extension coming with company A and don't have an approved I140 with company A, can we use the approved I140 of the previous company B? My New company has not filed for my I140 yet, and even if they start, it will take at least 18 to 24 months. Quote
