Sh!t started to take its toll on people from last year summer - many Amazon Level Senior devs were sitting ideal for months without Perm or contract jobs.

Especially since the start of this year, literally no job ads too. What ever hiring was there was confined to internal transfers.

Accenture, Wipro, TCS brought thousands of people and filled roles paying 50k-60k GBP even in London.

Honestly, many students who are on PSW doing full-time Uber and Amazon deliveries are earning more than a senior Developer in London. Its not exaggeration, its hard truth.

maree peanuts kaadhu bro..till last year I was earning £600 OUTSIDE IR35 which meant I could retain nearly 90% by showing the expenses and paying salaries to some (fake) employees.
