Hello Everyone,

if you know about this community and area, please let me know the pros and cons. Thank you very much.

 

my priority is ( in the listed order)  indian families, school rating, grocery and retail.

I think there are lot of desis there.. best way is to go to the community in the evening and drive around… you might see lot of desi kids playing on the road and talk to any of the parents standing outside… you will get better feedback this way.. plenty of desis, good elementary school, Walmart/sams are nearby… Indian stores and Costco are 15-20 mins away.. 

There is a cricket league just in Melissa with more than 10 teams 😃

One draw back with this community is that it is close to a landfill.. there are different opinions on whether it is bad or not.. I have friends there and they don’t have any complaints about it..

resale value might be lower due to this in longterm

Thank you. For kids bro. Mari thellola kids madyalo penchaliante , i am not comfortable for many reasons. Not that i am against it, but prefer desi kids.

desi kids Daggara em untundhi anna curry smell. ABCD school ki poinna  my father and mother working as software engineers no spending time with me ani depression lo sasthunaru.

its bit in remote place vayya....roads are not great... you have to drive 6-10 miles for everything

i know one guy who bought there... neighbourhood is kind of dull, not much  activity .. he dont like it and trying to rent and move out.

one thing is...new 380 bypass road will be very close to the community... road noise will be huge....

try to look for better community with similar age group..close to everything

Thank you. Pls share any other communities that you know of. Building a new one also works for me. Budget is 750k and sq ft req is >3500. Prosper and frisco are at 1 mil from my research. Not much familiar with little elm area.

NC lo laa nuclear plants deggara undalemo best homes ante.. no there are no nearly nuclear plants in dallas for atleast 60 miles.
