Who is kamma? Upsana is a 100% reddy.

Anil Kamineni is a Kamma. His father's name is Umapathi Rao Kamineni.  I don't know if to a love marriage or arranged marriage. After a point in elite families castes count very little as long as wealth, connections, interests match.

Yes,estate holders in telangana use rao or Chowdary title along with reddy title but many reddies have stopped using reddy and continued with rao(frequent) and Chowdary(less).

Not too sure.  Kamineni is very rarely seen in Reddies, is more of Kamma surname. "Rao" as a title was used by Kammas and Velamas and Niyogis. I didn't know if Reddies ever used it all.
