Anna, Indian IT industry highlight enti ante. Same package was offered to my cousin in college campus interview by TCS in 2011 3.25 lakhs/yr and now graduates in 2024 are getting the same 3-4 lakhs/yr offer.

Ante close to 12-13 years but starting package has not increased at all in indian IT industry but cost of living india lo oka range lo perigindi in these 10-15 years.

Asala 3 lakhs/yr ki engg cheyatam koda waste ani maa family lo anukuntunaru.

Sad but true anna… and other side you know how much quality we are getting from fresh grads… only 10% are good and rest of them need to be trained big time… so companies are investing on them but our nibbas ki adi artham kavadam ledu
