Ela untadhi taste. concept baavundhi. Pressure cooking means pieces remain moist even after fully cooking unlike grill or fry where there is a chance they dry off.

you can make hyd dum biryani with pressure cooker too, but pulav ante all mix emo.

These days vijaywada biryani is  more popular than dum biryani. it has more savory taste unlike the mix of tangy spices in hyd biryani.
