Got it for around $300. 12 Elevation levels. Cant be more happy with purchase. ITs a starter level and works perfect for me .. Threadmill - Always buy new ... Weights and weight bench go for used if you are getting for free or cheap. 1 Quote

You will have some gym crush that will motivate you to go. I used to love flexing my muscles at the gym too. If you do not have time, just buy a bench and dumbbells or a bar with weight plates to setup home gym. I am not sure about tonal. Never used. What’s your goal? Get bulky with muscles, lose weight, get more fit and maintain athletic body, cardio? Quote

krishnaaa Posted January 9 Report Posted January 9 Everyone is different. There is no one best rule. For me, bench and dumbbells work best. I put it in one of the bedrooms and whenever I pass through them, they remind me to exercise. I don't have to change into gym clothes, put on a hoodie, wear shoes and then drive to a gym. It makes things so easy. All I am saying is to do what works best for you. Quote
