Printer deals unnaya with low ink consumption and good quality of scan

Hi bros/sis,

HP inkjet small printer previously bought but had to buy ink cartridge(blacknwhite & color) from costco and it was expensive.
Also some of the scans like passport scan does not give clear scan of some words so looking for good printer under $150 range and ink should be low consumed.
 

what are you guys using for scanning passport and documents and printing documents for personal use at home for visa and other things ki.

look on marketplace for laserjet only, you'll get one under 50 and buy a cartridge. It will last you years and only buy Japanese brands like brother

I use scanner pro app for scanning, it's better than any physical scanner I've used

Brother black and white laser printer choodu.. nenu $100 ki konnanu like 5 years ago.. still working fine after nearly 10K prints.. okko cartridge 1500 pages print vastundi.. lot of non branded toners on amazon for $25 which gives you upto 3000 prints… 

Inkjet printers waste.. we don’t take color prints much.. we mostly do scans and b/w prints

for daily stuff like printing coloring sheets or math exercises etc, brother black and white laser printer is good

for color, scanning etc, Espon eco tank is good, you will find deals in Costco, Sams at this time, enjoy

I have something like below (Epson XP-4105) which I bought for $50 during thanksgiving from BestBuy. Works well for both scanners and printing. I also buy non-branded cartridges from Amazon for $25 and they work for 6 months easily. Need it mostly for worksheets and school work for kids.

For scanning if you are iPhone user use scan feature in notes, that way better than any physical scanner and sufficient for most households

I haven’t counted. But same time frame as an Epson cartridge. Usually 6 months based on our usage

Also even if you don’t use printer too often, ink dries off and you get less printouts

if black and white , just print funciton, go with brother laser.  I didn't have much luck with 3rd party cartridges to be honest

If you want color and need scanning etc, go with epson eco tank.

Don’t buy inkjet

buy brother laser black n white. You will find below 150 and it lasts forever

Mine does color printing too. Need it for kids work. We use a lot.
