Suggest best Epson Eco Tank printer for scan and print (color and blacknwhite) deal. Also let me know where do you order ink for it. Some people said they used non-brand ink for it from amazon, please let me know that link as well

Nope. Its just a normal printer which needs Cartridges ... Epson cartridges costs like $60 but I get from Amazon ~ $25

I have ET2700 and its the best. 
you get inks for less and it does the job. 

if you have higher budget go for laserjets but ecotank is best for the wallet. don't go for cartridges one.
