Reddy: H4 EAD to be revoked by Trump

H4 EAD is the low hanging fruit and I will see the new administration attacking it right away.

1. First thing this administration will do is decouple H1 and H4 petitions there by no premium processing for H4-EADs and then add the biometrics requirements. With no premium processing and biometrics, the EADs will take forever to get approved there by giving gaps in employment.

2. This time the Trump administration will follow the proper rule making process and introduce a rule to revoke H4-EAD. this might take 1 to 2 years but after that no more H4-EAD. If the administration follows a proper rule making process then the senat/congress or courts can't stop them as H4-EAD is not a law but just an EO by a former president.
