Hi guys.how frequently you go to dentist?can you please share.just curious

Try keeping away from sodas, refined sugars and caffeinated drinks and cigarettes. Start off the day with chewing a raw carrot, you then wouldn't need a dentist much.

I usually go twice a year, but if something feels off, I don’t wait. Some people need more frequent visits, especially if they have gum issues. A dentist can give the best advice based on your specific needs. If you're curious about more details on how often you should go, check out Colina Dental's article. It breaks things down in a simple way and explains different factors that matter.

"Brushing" itself is an abrasion. Doing it twice will only increase erosion of Enamel. It's hard on your enamel. Cleansing routine of teeth should involve more or water and /or oil pulling and Gum massage. That gives your teeth longevity.

Main problem with Indians is that we don't floss.

Have silly reasons to no do it.  Just floss before bedtime and then brush.

It will do wonders. You will realize how unhealthy it is to not floss.

Flossing is better than brushing. Why "brush" again after "flossing"?

To Neutralize the effects of sugars.

While brushing, ou don't need to press too hard....especially at night after flossing.

Water pulling does it as well. I think "brushing" is over emphasized. I did sort of an experiment on me. Not a conclusionary one on a scientific basis, but my empirical observation is that I found raw carrots to be superior to brushing.

For a 10days straight I ate raw carrots in the morning and did only water pulling and gentle teeth and gum massage plus tongue cleaning.  I noticed visibly very less plaque more white teeth.

Will stick to brushing...as been working for me quite well.

Regarding pulling, coconut oil pulling is said to remove cavities. Never tried or needed though.

Sure, I'm not saying one shouldn't brush. But over brushing does affect enamel. I sort of struck a balancing act of using "tooth brush" and alternating with raw carrots but not in a particular order but kept brushing my teeth to less than once a day. Teeth still stayed the same. No stains and no plaque.

Didn't try coconut oil. I do water pulling though. Will try it sometime.
