The tech job market will be tight for the next several years (or probably forever). 

 

1) Due to Generative AI and RTO, productivity increases, leading to workforce reduction at many companies.

2) Competition is heating up. Almost 70% of people who completed their bachelor's degree in Telugu states end up as Master's students and 2nd generation (aka ABCDs) are joining the workforce now.

3) Some US people are also into Tech.

4) Jobs moving to low-cost countries (used to be India, now Africa, Ukraine,...)

 

Unless we see a drastic change in the topics mentioned above, I don't see the Tech job situation improving.
