Whether he believes it or not, it is the truth. NTR never went to the assembly when he lost elections just like 11 Mohan Reddy. He is just there for the show and never contributed to the party when TDP lost in elections. If not for CBN, TDP would have been a history. It is an undeniable fact.

Comparing to Mahanati, the biopic of Savitri , NTR Kathanayakudu is a big let down. But by no means a disaster. 

Not sure about the Second part though.

Unlike Mahanati, the director has constraints as some dramatic elements wont go well with NTR's family.

 

One pet peeve with the first part is that Balakrishna doesn't fit the role of the young or middle aged NTR. They should have chosen someone else. Not sure who though. Jr.NTR wouldn't fit too. Needed someone less dramatic.

Although for the older NTR, think BalaKrishna fit perfectly fine and acted well.

NTR's contribution in patel-patwari abolishing might have been significant, but it doesn't help him win in elections. Same way as CBN's contribution in Cyberabad is significant but doesn't help him win elections. I am not talking about NTR being the head of the state, I am talking about him being head of TDP.

TDP original values are imported from Dravidian parties ,TDP gave a lot of tickets to BC castes especially in godavari districts where only rajus and telagas used to dominate and tg where there used to be velamas and reddies ,they might have done that for their own benefit but it has resulted in a transfer of power.a lot of BC castes support TDP just because of ntr.

A lot of Brahmins cry about TDP and ntr because of abolishing karanams ,they don't cry about CBN that much because he is a broker and can't abolish the existing status quo by taking aggresive measures which only leaders like ntr and jagan can do but they cry only about ntr and TDP and the caste because kammas completely kicked Brahmins out of power in guntur district and the Dravidian influenced policies by ntr.
