best air fryer to buy

Whatever you find at Costco. The feature you should be looking for is - How easy it is to clean the air fryer basket. Prefer stainless steel to coated ones or non stick. They usually come off.
Alsonorder some parchment paper from Amazon to avoid frequent cleaning.

Suggest to stay away from Air fryer. Instead use pan frying or oil fryer. Air fryer  are known to generate acrylamides, Polyflourides (non stick coating) and nitrosamines which are carcinogenic (Can cause cancer). Don't buy this this argument of "less oil" therefore more healthy. Oil by far transfers heat more efficiently and the process itself is more energy efficient.

Conventional oil frying if used "properly"  with good oils is by far healthier.

@rpo I have used Gourmia brand. Used it for 1.5 yrs. Heavy usage. Almost alternate days. After that, the non-stick coating started coming off. So I bought another one Cusinart which is also good. I use parchment paper (pick a shape and size that suits your air fryer). The Gourmia from Costco costed me around $40. You get good deals at Costco during this time.
