avunu anna h1b extension unnollantha H4EAD gurinchi worrying. Its a big blow if processing delays and 6months lapses. Job maneyali, EMIs will be in trouble. .

I am married on last month November 17th bro iam on h1b and my husband was on stem opt On nov29 th while returning into USA in the immigration my husband f1 visa got cancelled Can he come back on h4 dependent visa as i am in h1b? Sure. Why did they canceled? Due to day1 cpt college and they found out 8years resume in his phone, even he try to explain that he didn't use the resume to apply for any job they are not ready to hear
