Fake GC or Citizenship to get Job ?

All vendors should validate the green card first by in person visit to vendor office. Back in 2009-2010 all vendors used to interview the candidate  in person in their office and used to ask visa documents. Tek system, Randstad, Robert half etc

Pake DL with DOB change pake H1B pake GC are very common in C2C jobs with private company. May be new for you or lost touch with this dhandha.

There is no added advantage of having GC in getting jobs.  Want to hear your thoughts.

I-9 verification is done in DHS (E-verify) site. You need to input the details (name & numbers) it will show the information kada. Generally most companies use a real time integration with their HR system  to DHS site to complete the E-verification process, this needs to be completed within 3 days of hire including showing a physical copy of ID for most in-person/hybrid positions.

Many OPT even creating fake passport and that is the trend, my office many got hired and no issues they work and then ask for H1, company file Buffalo 🐃
