Which part of the country? Brick will be expensive than hardie boards and will also look better. Stucco looks even better but is not suitable for cold climate. Quote

VictorLawrence Posted September 30 Report Posted September 30 I had a similar debate when building my place. Brick felt solid, but siding was cheaper and quicker. A buddy helped with the stucco work, and for mixing, we looked into a harbor freight cement mixer alternative since their stuff kept breaking on job sites. Ended up borrowing a used one from a neighbor—worked way better for the small batches we needed. Quote
