GREEN CARD FRAUD : Citizen uncle got played for green card by Indian lady

I got married last year November. Wifey came on K1 fiancé visa. She left 3 months in to the marriage, 1 week after getting the green card. She is from India. I originally served her papers for annulment and she tried to blame me for domestic abuse. I have been waiting since February for my case to go anywhere. After 9 months of waiting i agreed to mutual divorce now. I had my lawyer prepare the MSA and Judgement which costed me more money. Now she has received the papers from the lawyer 3 weeks ago and won't sign it. Her lawyer is not even responding to my lawyer. what are my options?

I though if i leave her the green card and amended my petition from fraud to Divorce she will sign the papers right away. What can i do now? Is she trying to do the Domestic abuse case again?

We never know Anna. Psycho avvochu or fori GC kosame avvochu. If she is a fraud conditional tarvatha assam ledha genuine ainayhe she will be fine antunna. Not supporting anyone here. I always listen both sides ilanti matters lo but ikkada one side ne.

Go ahead with the trial and see what judge has to say to this. May be she will sign it if she senses an unfavourable outcome.

Compulsory 2 years kadu bhayya. If female's lawyer can prove that husband was abusive/hitting then the lady gets full GC. Chala cases untayi ila. Law/Judge will not say that you have to still stay together for GC if one of the spouse is abusive.

At the end of the day its all about how lawyer presents your case and how sympathetic judge is to your case.

Adhi diff arrangement marriage disco Anna. Adhoka biz from both sides. Can't go deep here vuncles hurt avtharu nenemo mokam meedha ne 10ngutha right or wrong.
