That's also true, even pushpa 1 has no story. Only character progression. That's also missing here...all characters are exactly at the same place here, except family bonding which is forced and needed 2 lengthy fights...

When someone die, it's either suicide, another person negligence or murder.

 

This definitely falls under #2. They just need to find out who that is. Someone can't die just like that...

I think its negligence on handling crowd and providing proper security by both Theater owner and organisers.
