Better buy something from Walmart or other grocery stores which have 5g sugar(Less than 50% sugar). Best option is to make your own but I can understand that people do look for convenience. 1 Quote

I don't think its naturally present. When you make yogurt at home, does it taste so sweet? That may be partly true, I know a guy who uses CGM and said the same thing that he observed a marginal spike in blood sugar levels when he used desi yoghurt and home made. 1 Quote
