I think it depends on the director.. aa Siva movies anni chala loud ga double dose sambar movies la untaayi.. not sure why he even attempted this movie.. and Surya agreed to even act

If you dont connect with village level jatara alage untundi anna, naaku and chala mandiki a jatara scene goose bumps because avi istam lets see how many criticsawards will come to that scene,  yaa it happens naaku konni machav but super hit avutadi

aa scene history gurinchi kadu, asalu enduku vastundo tarvata fight enduko everything was forced nothing felt fluid, at least part 1 was somewhat fresh. Deentlo vaadu gutkha/tobacco tinadam, overacting everything was overdone. Pakka labor movie to justify the labor character. Naakaite cringe pro max movie and I enjoy all kinds of movies 

more than half of the theater were on their phones towards the end of the movie
