I think Manoj is jealous that his brother is better looking than him ,has a good looking wife and obviously has the favour of his father.

Meanwhile he is stuck with some factionist wife who is fat and doesnt look that great and he is third favourite to his father .

Who?our family friends who are close to these people have told me that vishnu is a very decent guy,they haven't met Manoj so they didn't talk about him but from this actions he doesn't look normal and looks unstable.
