3000 for Car, Car insurance, utilities, groceries, restaurants,... ante sahasam ani cheppali.

 

Remember other items like HOA and Maintenance (Lawn Care, Pest Control, Tree and Shrub maintenance, Pest Control, Termite etc.).

you may struggle in the first year, but after that your salary might increase or interest rates would come down..etc

have backup funds handy for first year such as some cash in hand or stocks or 401k..etc

finally its upto you, do you wanna take risk or not, but struggle will be there for first year
