Areyy, emails sakkaga raayandi raa… 

mana desi emails lo full spelling mistakes (even with auto correct), chat language, no formatting… Telugu ni English lo rasinattu untunnayi.. konni sarlu em cheptunnaro ardham kaadu 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Do the needful anedi British English and is not used anymore.. but we Indians and Africans still use it a lot as we learned English from them.. Americans ki idi ardham kaadu.. Britishers make fun of American English a lot.. but now they are a very small minority..

for me.. email as a formal communication is passe`.. most of the communication happens on Teams or similar apps.. usage is contextual.. no rules...

You don’t have to be perfect.. but it is okay if you are able to tell them the right way… past, present and future tenses ni interchange chesi type chesestunnaru… no one knows what they are trying to convey….

A lot depends on whom are trying to reach out to, and context. If it's my boss, I just use Hi/GM Boss name and end with Thanks, my initials (CM). When I write to others at work I routinely interact with,  I don't even use salutations, just the name and the reason for email. I don't write a lot in emails like I do in the  DB😁 .

At the end of the day, email is modern version of office memos and how you write it depends on the context.

Then your talks are more informal. Everything cannot be that same way. At executive level, you need to have a record of important events....teams msg cannot be regarded as one.

When I see that I automatically assume they have work experience in India and very hard to work with!!!!
