andhra style fish pulusu with wild caught fish.. suggestions please

aa sea fish better for pulusu ?

I did try with pulusu with farm raised tilapia, catfish. Iguru with salmon. Last week did try pulusu with fresh wild caught white fish, turned out ok.

want to inputs from others for best fish for pulusu... thanks.

salmon to iguru endi vayya ...its not for that.

only catfish...

any bass variation (sea bass, striped bass), branzino (available at whole foods or asian markets),or red snapper are suitable for cooking Indian-style fish pulsu.... have good  texture and pieces absorb well in gravy. give a try

ivi evi use chesina trust me it wont go bad....pulusu kummesthadhi
