don’t think so, at the time of application if both I94 and ead end on the same date, automatic extension for ead will not be applicable 

example, i94(h4) and ead end on 03/20/2025. Aplication for all three filed on 01/01/2025 and only h1 and h4 approved but ead not approved even after 03/20/2025. As per the automatic extension rule, ead is not valid

it’s only applicable if prior I94 is valid beyond ead expiry date. Rule lo important note undi, automatic extension only until I94 expiry or 540 days whichever comes first

Right, that's kind of an issue with this rule when applying for an EAD in C26 (H4 EAD) criteria.

For example if we apply 180 days before and get h1 and h4 approved and we get the i94 extension in 15 days 

If we apply for h4ead seaparately after 15 days  then we are good kada  to over come this issue? i think @shaktimaan bro yiu were asking the same thing correct

yes, that’s what I was asking

also, another idea is to apply only h1 and go for stamping outside and get h4 approved at the consulate and come back and apply h4 ead before prior ead expiry date

Some people were lucky with auomatic revalidation when h4 was not getting approved along with h1 , they got i 94 extended based on primary h1 approved 797

what @shaktimaan said is right bro. H4EAD automatic extension is only applicable if the i94 is valid. That is why ppl do flagpolling to Mexico and come back with new i94 extended date.

The tricky part will be if h4 is not approved along with h1 ( hypothetical scenario) then also ead is still valid ? Because you are in legal state with reciept notice e scenario  naaku idea ledu bro

I94 ki link undi uncle h4-ead ki .. without h4 approval i94 raadhu .. h4 approval osthe general ga ead kuda approve chesthuntaru .. so in short this may not help h4 ead’s ,,, that is what I can understand

appati nunchi slow moving...and F2A lo file cheste...adi first time retrogress aindi in its history...

F2A PD is Dec 2022..,  EB2 PD is 2013 Aug.
