They did good changes to all EADs which were mainly triggered from other categories. Andulo C09 & C26 kooda petti batikincharu. Like 5y EAD/AP.

Kinda disagree. Corona backlog was not penta for all. So many got GCs due to that. Dems unte aa GCs anni ee assylum batch ko poyina pedda vinta ledu

Reps vunte kontha mandhi ke vavhevi process yeppudu speed up ayyedhi kadhu pakka ga. Dems did good after corona Dumo team wasted almost 80K GC with short staff pakka malli adhe chese vallu vachinte GC kanapadedhi on paper but easy ga inkoka 50K poyevi. Anyway I was talking about all visa not about GC only. They did good for all EAD and processing better with staff pattakochi. GC okkate visa kadhu kadha anna

To be eligible for automatic extension, you need a valid I-94 (H4 EAD case lo this will be a small issue)

aldo I94 validity takes precedence if its lesser than 540 days.

@csrcsr hypothetical scenario,

let’s say h4 and ead both expire on 03/20/2025. Until now h4 and ead were processed as premium when filed concurrent with h1 with premium processing. New govt will most likely delay ead approval eventhough h1 and h4 are approved under premium processing 

when submitting application if both h4 and ead end on the same date the rule will not be applicable. so to take advantage of the new rule, should h4 be filed with h1 90 days before end date and once its approved, submit ead application?

Usually most people file 6 months before kada bro , assume you file 6 months or 90 days months before all the three and your h4 is approved with h1 ,your h4 ead is still valid because you filed timely extension and its good for 540 days,

The tricky part will be if h4 is not approved along with h1 ( hypothetical scenario) then also ead is still valid ? Because you are in legal state with reciept notice e scenario  naaku idea ledu bro
