Yeah , seems like a trust issue if not a asset issue.. As a mediator, he should have resolved it without picking sides. 

Even now, he is trying to character assasinate his second son by projecting him as a drunkard in the audio he released.

issues between manoj, and lakshmi/vishnu have been there for a while now, 

mostly seocnd wife son/vs first wife son/daughter and ofcourse property disputes.

Unfortunately we can't change the old people's mindset's Kaka.. Manoj did not proved himself during his younger life always roaming around with unwanted people and doing things which MB did not approve of ... so he lost hopes on him.. while Vishnu with his cunning brain secured most of the assets from MB, on top of it he is addicted to alcohol. 

The only supporter of him is his mother. Lets see what happens.
