Already legal ga unnollu least priority.. they won’t even think about it.. 

all they can do is limit the incoming migrants by creating some fear… may be they will be able to deport some people with crime record

DHS always had the legal authority to rescind/revoke any gc and visas within US, but it has to go through a judge if its a gc. For visas, they can be revoked anytime without going through a formal appeals process. They just reaffirmed the law, that is why the judgement is 9-0 and not on any party lines. visa meedunnollu poskovali, not gc's. Worst case, those who got gc through marriage are subject to these reviews which is the case in the video u posted.
