Reporters are annoying. They want sensational news all the time. They don’t care about the privacy of people. It’s annoying. They don’t check facts, just want to be the first to telecast. 
However what MB did was horrible. He is not above law. Chillar gadu. Chillar kodukulu. 

IMO Cases should be filed against both.

Not horrible. He is not above the law. But what was the violation here? He was instigated and I think Indian law considers instigation as well.
