first time yes nee dental plaque aka nee palla ki pattina paakuru and stains they have to do a lot of work so common. 

pain and sensitivity is subjective

some dental hygienist are useless. kulla bodustaru. i had a deep cleaning done a 2 yrs ago where i was mauled. 1 1 /2 day i was spitting blood before it stopped. do flossing everyday - that. will help.

colgate paste and brush use cheyi ra daily costco lo dorkutundhi.  don't take dental insurance or go to dental cleaning.  teeth will be less sensitive for dental cleaning and Nalli bokka biting kudaradhu ani @Android_Halwa tolded.
