It does. By virtue of being a woman your ability is amped up to get married into a higher networth household. Exception are when you're grotesque, or handicapped.

By virtue of being a woman, you're usually NOT compelled to earn more by society or a family, the luxury a man can't afford. Women do this to chase the life style upgrade. This is the trend always seen in middle class trying to be upper middle class or upper middle class trying to for next upgrade. The flip side to that is they reduce their fertility.

pay gap is because of different factors not bias. there is a problem in general with left, no matter how much progress is made the talking points don't change. Same thing with race

Within the industry, Same role ki men ki oka salary and women ki thakkuva salary undedi.. that’s why they made a law banning this practice… but still this happens as no one knows what the other gender gets in the same company… not bcoz of bias ante elaa??
What other factor is there??

Why talk what used to be, it's changed a lot. You are mixing cause and effect. Gap itself doesn't mean bias. If that's true then it should be uniform across all sectors and races. See the video above, it's because of life's choices.
