Uncles PERM Paused at Bigger Companies anta

Hi— I currently work at a Big4 in Audit. My company has indefinitely paused its PERM process due to layoffs. I want to try to find another job but have had a hard time finding companies that might do my green card from Day1 of joining. Any idea on this?
