When I was in Bangalore, I accidentally met up and had a ride with Autorickshaw guy who claimed to be belonging to the clan of Tippu Sultan. He showed photos too. Later when I Googled, I realized that there are tens of families who really are Tippu's 7th Generation and making a living by pulling rickshaws.

That way I had a Royal Ride on that day.

Kaakatiya time lo kamma caste e ledu ra baabu.

 

Kaakatiyas were some kannadiga or some artisan/bc caste from telangana .most plausible explanation but mostly kannadigas initially as tg was a kannadigga land .

 

Most generals were padmanayakas and some subcastes that form current day reddy.padmanayakas were given priority towards the end especially which made reddies pull their support and finally the kingdom came to an end due to rivalry between 2 castes,thats why these 2 castes are still dominant in tg.

Me. I could become unimaginably rich if I want to but I just live within my means (I mean just with the money of my individual hardwork)

Also most of the people you mention are from chinna kamma (except maybe CBN), elites of all castes especially in andhra mostly have migrated abroad in 1960-1980 period.or are silently managing their assets and working as doctors or engineers.

You can find pedda kammas in chittoor ,prakasham ,ATP and T.N and a few zamindars in godavari areas.
