first step --- make sure you are getting all ur vitamins, specially vitamin D . Enough protein in diet.

Second ---  get checkup with doctor... if it is due to hereditary... then get on to minoxidle and finsterside topical solutions as soon as possible.... this is save exsisting hair and promote stronger hair stopping hair fall

 

After you get hair transplant, you have to be on minoxidle and fin
