Future of h4 ead

I know its tough to predict what will happen but any thoughts if h4 ead will be on the chopping block soon. Been hearing different versions saying it can be removed with an EO and some say it should be via some regulation. Baaga panic avutunna. Without that it will be very tough for us. The company doesn't sponsor h1b and even if they there's always uncertainty of the lottery.

Didn't they do something with DACA..Like kotta applications edo accept cheyyakunda or stopped renewals

Evadiki em telvadu bro until they remove it. All fake pakodi stories. Opt cpt ki inka Kastam h1 pick avvadam — h4 peekithe many of these will apply for h1 using mestri etc or they simply day 1 cpt. ( some money loss but job Aythe still untadi).  So jobs konni open avthay if sudden ga peekithe but not significant.

Their mistake last time was to go through courts instead of following rule making process. Now if they follow proper rule making process no courts can stop the president. Remember H4-EAD was never codified in law it was just passed through executive action and USCIS followed a rule making process to implement it. If one president can pass H4 EAD through executive action Then an other president can revoke it through executive action as well and USCIS can follow a rule making process to end it. I am not trying to fear monger here but I am trying to prepare for the worst as my wife is working on H4EAD too but she was working on H1 before so she doesn't have to go through the H1 lottery incase H4EAD is gone.

Last term some org filed a case on H4 EAD which court said H4 EAD is introduced through proper rule making process, USCIS said in court they will start a removal rule making process and court dissmissed case satisfied with USCIS response. USCIS has every right to remove H4 EAD through rule making process which they started. Due to covid and admin change it did not move forward.

Courts cannot stall rule making process for H4 EAD removal.
