It does not work anna. I was reading europe, singapore, japan, south korea all tried to boost their fertility rate. Nothing worked and nothing is working in China which is losing population tremendously.

Problem is south indian population will decrease and then north indians will start coming in to fill those roles in economy, appudu culture war will start. Already bangalore lo chustunam hindi vs kannada is becoming street level fight.
