does it really matter where it goes. As long as inside skin 1-2 cm

Nurses usually look for veins....so it goes to the heart and thus pumped across your body. Not sure how effective it can be if it misses the vein. It may work within that area and may die down without reaching the intended location.

Is B12 injection in vein or muscle?

 

 

The injection site will be in the muscle directly below your two fingers. Think of a triangle and you will insert the needle in the center of the triangle.
